How to use

Tips
  • A 5:00/km pace equals 8:03/mile and roughly 12 km/h.
  • Sub-4 hour marathon requires a pace of 5:41/km (9:09/mile).
  • For negative splits, aim to run the second half of a race slightly faster than the first.
